• Tillandsia Recurvata Clump is one of the few Tillandsia species native to the United States, grows in interesting clumping patterns. The overlapping scales which cover the steams and leaves absorb water when they are wet (rain or fog). In autumn they produce erect spikes with one to seven funnel-shaped, long flowers with pale blue or violet petals and gray-scaly bracts at their bases.
• All of the plants will be shipped bare root.

LIGHT/SOIL/WATER

• Tillandsia Recurvata does well indoors but likes bright, indirect light.
• No soil is needed. Sand, sea glass, rocks, pebbles & bark chips can be used instead of soil.
• Soak twice a week in a bowl of water for 10 minutes each time. You can also mist your plant with a spray bottle 3-4 times a week if it needs more water between the soakings.
